Those looking for something a bit more casual may opt for Darby’s Tavern, also at the Berry Hill resort, which serves sandwiches and American dinners in a more relaxed, pub style atmosphere. Are you more of an oenophile? Halifax County has two vineyards for enthusiasts to sample. Bright Meadows Farms is located on a 19th century farm, for couples who prefer a more rustic and home-like feeling. Factory Street Brewing Company is ideal for couples who love beer. Local artist Chaz Knapp will entertain during the event.
