Did you know that it takes nine steps to load a Civil War musket? Join a park ranger as they will show off the various parts of the musket and some of the necessary equipment soldiers carried, then they will demonstrate all nine steps of loading in detail, and that does include the most fun part, firing it! There will be loud noises during this program, so please plan accordingly.
