This series will guide you through each of the seven chakras with tailored yoga poses and meditative practices to balance your energy centers. Each class will begin with a brief lesson on the crystals that resonate with the chakra of the class. Participants will receive a set of free crystals chosen specifically to correspond with that chakra to take home!

We will work from the root chakra to the crown, dates as followed:

2/20/25 - Sacral Chakra
3/6/25 - Solar Plexus Chakra
3/20/25 - Heart Chakra
4/3/25 - Throat Chakra
4/17/25 - Third Eye Chakra
5/1/25 - Crown Chakra
