Fascia Maneuver – Totally Twisted

In Fascia Maneuver Classes, participants are guided through slow, grounded movements that twist the body and lock the fascia. Combined with intentional breathing these maneuvers allow the body to release tension and stagnant energy.

No experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and connect with the body. Please bring a yoga mat. The body will truly thank You!
