Reese’s Farm Fresh
Reese's Farm Fresh, founded in 1979 by Hudson and Pat Reese, began with a simple tent and honor box selling locally grown cantaloupes. Over the years, the farm expanded to offer a variety of fresh produce, including garden vegetables, strawberries, sweet corn, watermelons, and pumpkins. Pat’s Old Fashioned Pickles, Preserves, and Jellies, made with family recipes, are still a favorite. The farm also features two large greenhouses full of bedding plants in season and mums in the fall. As the seasons change, Reese’s Farm offers fresh-cut Christmas trees, custom-made wreaths, and garlands. In 2003, a second open-air market opened in South Boston. Today, Don and Sara Reese, along with their children, continue to run this beloved family business.
